Mindfulness Immersed in Body retreat at Govinda Valley Retreat Centre, Otford NSW.

This is taught by myself and Kit Laughlin. Kit is the creator of the Posture & Flexibility and Strength & Flexibility exercise modalities. He will lead two exercise sessions each day, with particular emphasis on aiding the sitting posture. The retreat will examine themes such as mindfulness, the body and liberation. Cost

is $670 for shared accommodation and $550 for camping.
