Join us for a meditation and dharma talk to be given tonight by Andrew Luff (Nipako) at Don Bank Museum. Andrew encourages the group to ask questions from their practice.
Andrew Luff (Nipako) has been practising Dhamma since 1994. He trained as Bhikkhu with Ajahn Sumedho and Ajahn Suciito. He left the monastery in 2002 and moved to Australia. He has also spent some time working on his practise with Jason Siff. He has been developing his Dhamma practice as a father of 3, regularly sharing at Dhamma groups in Sydney and on the east coast of the USA.
The Bluegum Sangha's dharma talk series provides a secular environment to hear Buddhist teachings. At their core, these teachings aim to help guide our lives towards liberation from dukkha (unsatisfactoriness).
